After coordinating payloads for students in nine states, NASA JPL Solar System Ambassador Christina Tyler Wenks demonstrates seeds sent and exposed to the stratosphere--or 100,000 feet--and growth differences in Earth soil, simulated moon regolith, and half/half mixture.

After producing Fairfax County's Urban Night Sky Place application for DarkSky International, Wenks was invited to support dark-sky education initatives with DarkSky NoVA/DC, presenting cultural stories and calendars found in constellations as well as hands-on lessons.

Wenks created educational exhibit mockups, press release, media kit, nonprofit partners and pitches, audience research used to persuade George Mason University to employ students to create a Potomac Science Center exhibit benefiting school, public and student portfolios.
